Innsbruck stop

Another city I got to know just because it had a cool name.

Another city I got to know just because it had a cool name.

It was the connection between Verona, Italy and Munich, Germany. But a connection I made up to myself. Another city I got to know just because it had a cool name.

I got off the train and wandered around for a few hours. The sun was at its peak of hotness. My idea was to walk without a goal. Just follow the people, see where it leads. Side mission was to get a pretzel, which I did at a small bakery whose name I don’t remember, but the coffee was surprisingly good.

I couldn’t help feeling like the least wealthy person in the city, not to say the only poor one (I was there, wasn’t I? And I came from far away, on my own, didn’t I?). The human fauna was consisted entirely of financially comfortable people. Not even a single backpacker or a humble worker

That is the kind of scene I want to preserve on Nomade 50. A photo is useful, but the memory becomes stronger when the place, weather, and feeling are written down too.
